We were very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the rooms you got for us seemed to be the best in the house.  It was so well thought out and you took so much trouble to adjust the tour to our requirements.  The ‘what to see’ and ‘where to eat’ in the guide and summary of the day’s route was invaluable and most of all it was very reassuring to know you were on the end of the phone should we have encountered any problems or delays.
