The true spirit of Scotland is all around – just this week we have visited two bustling local farmers markets showcasing food, drink and crafts from right here on our doorstep, we’ve had guests exploring the magnificent Torridonian sandstone cliffs of Handa Island Nature Reserve off the north-west coast of Sutherland, others lacing up their walking boots to explore Neist Point on the Isle of Skye and from the Bealach na Ba on the Applecross Peninsula in Wester Ross.
